About this calendar
These are the ten legal holidays of Ordinance No. 23-042 of March 30, 2023, each on its own date. The ordinance gives the Saturday before a holiday that falls on a Sunday, but the Ministry of Employment and Labour announces each weekend holiday’s day off by communiqué. In 2026 it gave the Monday after each one (January 5 and 19, May 18 and August 3), and those days are in the 2026 list; a later year’s day off is added when the ministry announces it. The government can also declare other days off during the year.
