Plausible counts every visit without cookies. It may receive browser and device information and a referring page.

Google Analytics is run by Google, which receives the page address, the actions we measure on this site and browser and device information, and sets cookies that tell repeat visits apart. Its advertising features are off.

On this site, both receive the page address without the dates in your link, and the type of calculator you used. Neither receives the dates you enter or what a shared link holds, and our Google Analytics events leave out the page you came from.

The calculators work without either measurement service. We do not sell the dates you enter or use them for advertising.

In the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and whenever we cannot tell which country a visit comes from, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept on the bar at the bottom of the page. Decline loads nothing from Google. Your choice is kept in this browser for six months, then the bar asks again.

Elsewhere, Google Analytics loads with each page unless you choose Decline. Cloudflare, which delivers our pages, tells your browser which country the visit comes from.

Wherever you are, Cookie choices at the bottom of any page, or the button below, changes your choice. Decline stops Google Analytics on this site in this browser and deletes its analytics cookies. If analytics was running, the page reloads to apply your choice. Decline holds on every page; outside the countries above it is kept until you change it.

Dates and links

Dates and times you enter are not sent to a calculation server. The tools keep them only when you press Save in this browser on the countdown maker: that countdown's name, date, time and link then stay in this browser on this device until you remove them or clear your browsing data. The country you choose for working days is remembered in this browser the same way. Copy link puts the chosen values after the hash in the address. That part is not sent in an ordinary page request, but anyone you share the link with can see the values. Avoid sharing a birthday you want to keep private.

A name you give your countdown stays in that link too. Add to calendar makes the calendar file in your browser. Open in Google Calendar, and the X, WhatsApp, Facebook, Bluesky and email buttons, send the result and its link to the service you pick, only when you use them. Save as image draws the picture in your browser.

Other websites and fonts

Fonts are served by this site. Original sources linked from the Sources page have their own privacy policies. The web host may receive connection information such as an IP address when serving a page. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in this browser.

Messages

The contact form sends your message, your reply address and any page or source you add through Cloudflare, which runs an automatic security check that never asks you to solve anything. We keep each message in our contact inbox at Cloudflare for 12 months, then it is deleted automatically, and a copy goes to a private Discord channel our team reads. We use your reply address only to answer you. To see or delete a message you sent, use the same form and we will delete both copies. Please do not include private birthdays, passwords, keys or private documents.

If you email [email protected] instead, we receive your email address and what you write. We use them to review your report and reply when needed. Do not put private birthdays, passwords or account details in an email.
