Each row starts from a holiday that is a day off in the Northern Ireland holiday calendar we use, with its substitute day when it falls on a weekend. It assumes a Monday-to-Friday week. The suggested leave days join the holiday to the nearest weekend or other holiday, using at most four days of leave, and the row shows the option with the most days off for each day of leave.
